DEPOSIT
A non-refundable service deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You are allowed to reschedule only one time.
LATE ARRIVAL
More than 15 minutes late for your appointment will be considered a no-show.
